Kosovo Government Official Threatens Serbia With War

Just minutes ago Azem Vlassi, a foreign policy adviser of the Kosovo government was quoted by the Serbian news agency Beta with this statement: “The coercive taking of control over part of the territory by Serbia will lead to a war!”

Mr. Vlassi continued that if Serbia tries to “tear away part of the Kosovo”, the territorial integrity of his country will be defended by all legal resistance according to the international law.

Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister Bojidar Djelic meanwhile said, that the actions of Pristina in Northern Kosovo can be interpreted as an attempt at delaying of Serbia’s accession talks with EU.

The Serbian Minister for the Kosovo Goran Bogdanovic went a step further and accused the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hasim Thaci, for attempting to drag Serbia into a war.
